Features like exercise swap, video demonstrations, form cue alerts, add/remove sets, plate calculator, and charts lock for the rest of that workout. AI chat is limited to 10 messages per session. Your next workout resets everything -- you get full premium features again for another 3 exercises.
What happens if I cancel Premium?
You keep full access until the end of your billing period, then revert to the free plan with exercise-based gating. Your workout history and training plan are never deleted.
